Terms of use

Effective 4 November 2026

These terms cover this website and the Bracecast early-access programme. The subscription agreement you accept when you install Bracecast from Microsoft AppSource will govern paid use of the product.

Who we are

Bracecast is made by Bracecast Technology Inc., a company incorporated in Canada.

Using this website

You may read, link to and share the content on bracecast.io. Don’t try to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission, or present our content as your own. Product names and logos of Microsoft and other companies belong to their owners.

Early access

Early-access builds are provided as they are, for evaluation. They may change or stop working, and we may end early access at any time. Don’t rely on them for production documents until your plan says otherwise.

Your data

You keep all rights to your templates and your data. We use them only to provide Bracecast, as described in our privacy policy and on the security page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from this website or early-access builds, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which Bracecast Technology Inc. is registered and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
